Jhatpot Deshi Paratha is a convenient frozen flatbread made with wheat flour/maida,
edible oil and margarine. It is specially prepared to give you the familiar taste and texture
of traditional Deshi Paratha with minimal preparation.
Simply take it from the freezer and place it directly on a preheated frying pan. Its layered
structure creates a soft, flaky and golden-brown paratha that's ready to enjoy in minutes.
Tip: No extra oil or ghee is strictly required, as the paratha cooks with its own layered fats. You may add a little oil or ghee if preferred.
Keep the product frozen at -18°C or lower. Do not thaw before cooking. Once removed from the freezer, cook according to the recommended instructions for the best taste and texture.
